Seattle CityClub is a nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization improving the civic health of the Puget Sound region by providing programs that bridge politics, sectors, and generations to inform and engage residents and community leaders. Every year, Seattle CityClub programs serve over 4,000 Puget Sound residents in-person, and an additional 26,000 residents through social media and website content.

Prior to this role, she was a leader in major fundraising and partnership roles at AtWork!, YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish, CityYear Seattle and Washington Business Week, where she was one of only a few women of color in corporate philanthropy. She currently serves as a Seattle Sports Commissioner and is a Hazel Miller Foundation board member. Alicia was recently appointed to the Commercial Aviation Work Group by Governor Inslee. Alicia is also the founder of Edmonds International Women's Day.
The purpose for cocktails for a cause is to support local charitable organizations by providing them with a venue to enhance their fundraising and visibility within the community of Greater Seattle and to increase awareness of the Columbia Tower Club to invited guests of the nonprofit. The Columbia Tower Club is committing to donate 100% of proceeds from the sale of featured cocktail both during the week leading up to the event and from sales during.
